| This project is estimated to cost $45 million and will transform Main Street with the construction of a ten-story building combining residential, commercial and retail space. This project will include 171 live-work units, between 30,000 square feet of retail space, a health club and 154-space parking facility on Main Street and is expected to create 10 new jobs. |

Located on the Waterfront on Alexander Street this former petroleum dealer and small tank farm was recently purchased by the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency. Given the commercial land-use as a tank farm and petroleum distribution center, it is speculated that surface, soil and groundwater contamination may exist on the site and adjacent properties. The New York State Department of Enviromental and Conservation has been enlisted to assist in cleanup and remediation.

| The City expects that between 1,600 to 2,000 homes and some retail space will be built on this 51 acre site, that includes the former ATI Tank Farm. Most of the community will be for sale, condominiums and town houses. Approximatey 2 percent to 25 percent of the development will include market rate rental units. |

Animal Specialty Center to provide specialized veterinary care to pets. The services shall include but not be limited to: brain surgery, kidney transplants and joint replacement surgery. In addition, the Center will maintain the only steriotactic radiosurgery unit in the Country which will be dedicated solely to veterinary medicine; thus, bringing world class veterinary medicine to the City of Yonkers.
Once completed the project will offer Internships and Residency opportunities for veterinary students throughout the United States, as well as training for specialized technicians.
