The renovation of this 50-year old, one million square foot shopping center will include the construction of 220,000 square feet of new retail space and a new parking structure as well as improvement of the surrounding traffic infrastructure. This $350+ million project is expected to create 2,200 new jobs. |

| As part of the Macy's efforts to better serve its clients and enhance the shopping experience of customers in the Cross County Shopping Center, and complimentary to the Cross County Shopping Center expansion and upgrade, Macy's will upgrade it's Yonkers store. Currently, the store is comprised of 204,000 square feet of retail space and 55,000 square feet of bulk stock space. The project will consist of an expansion of the existing store by adding a total of 92,500 square feet: 75,000 square feet of retail floor space and 17,500 square feet of bulk stock space. The project will also consist of renovating and upgrading the existing space, as well as the equipping, outfitting and fixturing of the remodeled and expanded space. |
