Hudson Park has completed the construction of 266 units of market rate rentable apartments on Yonkers stunning waterfront. The development includes 10,000 square foot of retail space. The Hudson Park project was spearheaded by Collins Enterprises of Stamford, CT. The $53 million private investment is the single largest private development on the waterfront in the history of Yonkers.

Developers converted the 110,000 square foot former cotton mill into senior housing. The complex includes 77 one-bedroom apartments, 16 studio apartments, 14 loft-style one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom apartment for a supintendent. It also contains indoor and outdoor recreational areas.
