| This 116,000 square foot former Purdue Fredrick building was acquired by the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency (YIDA) in 2001 and was transferred to the Nepperhan Valley Technology Center, Inc for redevelopment. Located in the former Alexander Smith Carpet Mills, this redevelopment is the first of its kind in decades. Future tenants will include Yonkers Empowerment Zone Administrative offices, Empire State Administrative offices, a high-technology incubator, bio-technology facility, financial, accounting and legal offices. |
